As a former employee of Ohio Citizen Action, I was disappointed by what I experienced regarding leadership, communication, and transparency. I worked for OCA for approximately five to six weeks. During that time, I received positive feedback about my interactions with community members and my ability to collect letters and signatures. However, I was ultimately terminated for allegedly not meeting performance metrics. Before my termination, I was not given any verbal or written warnings regarding my performance, nor was I informed that my job was in jeopardy, even though there are policies in place to prevent terminations of canvassers, such as the corrective action policy. While I still believe in the causes OCA advocates for, I cannot recommend the organization as an employer based on my experience (I wanted to add more, but this website won't let me expand on what I endured. So here is a very condensed version of it.)

I have the blessing of being a Heaven Train volunteer. The children and adults we serve through this ministry are very precious to me and our team members are like family!! I look forward to each time I serve with Heaven Train. We have a common goal to tell everyone who comes to Heaven Train that they matter to us and to God! Our affirmations are: God loves you! God knew you before you were born! and God has a plan for your life! These statements give our Heaven Train patrons hope and confidence in God's love for them.

I nominated my grandma, and when she got picked, I was very excited! She received 500 letters and it brought tear to her eye. She said she cannot understand why so many strangers would want to write to her, but it makes her so overjoyed. This project can not just make someone’s day or month. But instead, give them a reminder forever that they are loved, people are thinking about them and appreciate them. I just want to give a huge thank u to this organization and make sure they know how amazing the work they and everyone who writes are doing.

My first experience with the Body Electric School was in 2005. At the completion of that weekend, I knew I had found my "tuath" (Gaelic word for people, or tribe). I have benefitted at least once yearly from their various offerings and now volunteer as a coordinator and team member. I learned to appreciate the wisdom held in my body connecting the spiritual and the erotic. I have found hidden wounds from my childhood that expressed themselves as shame and fear. Most importantly I have been taught and learned to appreciate myself as a Sacred Intimate. Those teachings allowed me to walk together for two years with my adult son as his body failed him as approached his death: a treasured gift as he "let me in." I am profoundly grateful.

I'll explain what the situation is. There's missing things from my view and senses because of discrimination in certain areas, learning or commuting communication help and students areas also sometimes its difficult to get out and or to afford proper services, therapies or and add law cases on for an approval to go through for me, in order for me to get counted and for me to be included. There's so much walking I've been through also. The back areas has our(human being) senses through our muscles bones and the vertebral column areas, and when it gets or got sprained or an other type of hit or blow from fighting or when accidents and wear and tear from overusing happened through an path where so much information travels through out to the thought centers, any injury or act or movement begins to affect my or the visual and ear areas. This gave me an slightest deficiency in sensing and feeling things properly from all around and from and through the environment, so it's not the same as it had been all of my life. I may need to learn sign language or and braille, because of these type if spiritual or and paranormal mishaps types of illnesses or interfering conditions, because its difficult for me to understand sometimes. And there facial disfiguring and other bodily changes in the musculoskeletal realm, but these PM&R and the centers for back or spine care are to expensive for me. With my insurance, although sometimes I'm required to have copays, and or more education as an patient to be eligible. Its related to deterioration in seeing and hearing to me, because, I'm not supposed to really walk or be (stand) on my legs(feet) and pelvic or pelvis areas very much or at all. Idont have anyone to give me rides or my own automobile or an hoveround, scooter, wheelchair or an mobility assistant class yet either, and I'd only thought, I'd have to walk for a little while, I didnt expect this to even last this long, so Iwere trying to find an place which wouldn't mind my inquiry to ask for help. I cannot say enough about this amazing organization that has helped us help so many families both that attend our center for an early learning experience but also members of our direct community. Providing resources like cleaning supplies, Health and beauty items, diapers, clothing & toys for tots!! My husband and I have listened to Pastor Alistair Begg for decades on the radio (KHCB Houston) and lately on YouTube. Absolutely love volunteering with the Sanctuary for Senior Dogs and seeing the care, love and dedication they deliver to insure all their senior dogs live out their best lives!

I take my grandson to the local library to pick out seeds. I'm hoping to grow his interest in gardening and CSB is a wonderful way to do it!

This was a truly disappointing experience. It is not the Singing Angels of years ago at all. <br> <br>There was a lot of right wing propaganda that they disseminate to and through children. As the age of the choir increases, the diversity significantly decreases. At my first concert the staff were busy trying to remove earrings from children with newly pierced ears, and the parent volunteer leaders told me that I should leave the country. The new executive director dismissed my concerns.

I am thrilled when I hear about new research on cancer solutions. Recently I read that frankincense oil by DoTerra deletes cancer cells when applied to the soles of feet. I will make sure to give gift baskets to those at the Hope Lodge. As an employer, Open Doors Academy was a fantastic place to work. I felt both challenged and supported through my position as a Campus Coordinator and could see the impact that we were making on our scholars day-to-day. After about two years of working for the organization, I was able to work my way up into Program Management, which gave me a new perspective on the organization and its programming opportunities. Even throughout the pandemic, Open Doors worked tirelessly to provide supports for its scholars, families, school and community partners, and its staff. <br> <br>As a program, I feel that the scholars received all that they needed and more. From homework help in reading and math to social-emotional learning programs, Open Doors Academy really focused on improving the whole child. The organization truly embodies the "it takes a village" mentality. If given the opportunity, I would gladly return to Open Doors. The work they do is so important, and it is apparent that they have a clear vision for their overall goals and the direction that they would like their out of school time programming to go

An exceptional organization with so much potential to truly change the landscape of food accessibility, sustainability, and awareness through their ubiquitous community presence. <br><br>They are teaching students about gardening, nutrition, and cooking at 15 schools and counting! They are literally teaching our children from the ground up!<br> <br>I also found out they have a huge presence at Coit Rd Farmer's market and may possibly be starting the largest urban farm in the coming months through land reutilization.<br><br>That has the potential to bring many opportunities to some of these dry spots throughout the city. I'm impressed and trying to spread the word so more people can go out and support Sara and her army of ladies who launch!

This is not a non-profit. This is a scam. The owner does not serve the LGTBQ community. The owner also tries to "hire" employees by asking them to fund the cost of equipment, but never really hires them.

The McGaffin Carillon is a unique asset in University Circle, Cleveland, OH. The 47 bells ring out and enhance the soundscape for the thousands who live, study, teach, work, visit, and heal in this unique cultural area of the city. The free concerts are open to all.

PDSA has provided exceptional support during my journey with this rare blood disorder. They have provided support groups, education, expert medical advisors, awareness, etc. I have volunteered at the annual conference for over 20 years. PDSA brings together patients, caregivers, and family members. The members and staff of PDSA are like family. They are always there to support you.

I visit my message therapist about every Two weeks. I have osteoporosis and can be very painful. Scott is a great message therapist. After my messages I am without pain because of his understanding of the problems that this disease causes. I am grateful for this service

I found my passion of the arts at a young age were I loved to sing, and dance and sometimes entertain to a younger generation. When I was in high school I struggled to find myself and who I wanted to be, during my high school year I was with a boy and we have been off and on but I was also a pastor kid so they found out and I would get horrible things said to me like I’m going to hell, or Ima die from aids, at this point in my life I was cutting myself, threatening to kill myself I even ran away from home were I was gone for 3 months straight. Now I am back home I struggle from time to time but I’m learning to stand up for me and to stay to myself…So this year I’m looking to purchase a house or an apartment so I can be on my own please I’m asking that you help me with money or donate some money to my cashapp $Unique2q please and thank you.

I went on Nov 6 to see a show <br>Ralph was the volunteer at the door I ask for wheelchair . I was in pain but he went and got the chair with no hesitation. He took good care of me all the way . And rerun at the time I ask and stay with until my bus came. I really would like you to no I was so grateful for Ralph and his caring attitude. He made my visit worth the the visit.
