Review for Teen Lifeline Inc, Phoenix, AZ, USA

During the time I have been volunteering in Teen Life Line, it's been an amazing experience for me. I've learn to think positively even though there's have been worst moments. I've gotten better at giving advices especially, actually listen to other peoples situations. Learn to avoid worst outcomes by making hard decisions. Inclusively, I've learned to look at a situation from all sides; top, bottom, left to right and being able to see other peoples point of view in the moment. Sincerely, the training of Teen Life Line has made me a better person, open-minded, and gives me the opportunity to help people especially teens through hard times, something I did not have when I needed help. The volunteers and staff is what makes Teen Life Line great and extremely an amazing place! I believe we're a family because we all get along with each other greatly. We are all there for one another and in Teen Life Line, there is always someone who you can talk to even if you're not able to talk with your "best friend" about certain things. Everything here in Teen Life Line is confidential especially for our callers situation and information. I do not regret volunteering in this great place! And I strongly recommend others to volunteer at Teen Life Line. It's a life time experience in many ways for maturing, and always knowing you helped a caller out with their problems. If you do not want to volunteer it's fine but if you ever want someone to just listen, we are here and you're not alone!

Personally, I became a better adviser, listener, helper, daughter, sister, granddaughter, family member, especially a great Peer Counselor. And hopefully over the years that i keep having in Teen Life Line, my skills and experience increases and strengthens in many ways as possible for the best in my future.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I'm sincerely 100 percent sure, there would be no changes i would make in or about Teen Life Line! It's an extremely great Organization!

Role:  Volunteer & I have been trained to become a Peer Counselor in Teen Life Line and take dozens of calls from teens across the country who are in need of help.
