Review for Senecorps Inc, Gaithersburg, MD, USA
Unfortunately, I was not pleased with Senecorps. It took me a while after I started sending the company e-mails for more information, but I eventually got into contact with a representative, who convinced me that I would be placed without any problem. The representative continued to answer my occasional questions until I was finished with my application and had submitted a deposit. Then, Senecorps simply dropped out of contact with me. Despite once getting a promise for a refund (after numerous e-mails and phone calls), Senecorps has not followed up. Nor have they responded to my follow-up e-mails and phone calls. I was originally very excited to volunteer with Senecorps, and I remain disappointed that I never received the opportunity.

make an attempt to answer e-mails or phone calls. If this were not possible because of my busy schedule, I would delegate these tasks.

Senecorps had been a little more organized.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the shortage of staff or perhaps the shortage of funding. In all fairness, I acknowledge that it is difficult to take care of every volunteer.
