Pathways and the amount of things that they do for the community always amazes me. The staff is helpful and kind, management actually helps in the everyday task and customer interactions.They help provide services from job locating to interview attire, to food donations. Pathways to another option is a great place to volunteer and help serve others. The deeds that they take part in are commendable on multiple levels. Another Option is a selfless non-profit organization truly committed to community improvement.

It would be the amount of volunteers. Though they have a minimal amount of volunteers lots of things still get done, So with addition of more volunteers even greater things could be accomplished.
