This week, I had the privilege of visiting the Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County. The entire staff was professional, caring, and genuinely passionate about the many outreach programs they have developed over the years. The team shared a variety of very creative bookmarks, each with a specific message and artwork, designed by various K-8 students in the community. A truly unique idea!

They have set the standard for a community-based approach to dispute resolution. I would highly recommend the DRC-MC to any individual or group that needs dispute resolution. Mediation is a highly effective manner of addressing conflict, and you will be led through the process by their caring team.
