Like many other families, our family found ourselves in the throws of cancer and the endless challenges it brings. My oncologist nominated us to be a recipient of a For Pete's Sake respite and immediately from the get-go I was impressed with the graciousness of this entire organization. They are genuinely concerned with the welfare of their clients and did everything possible to ensure we were able to "take a break" as much as possible from this affliction that turns the lives of families upside down. Our stay at the Woodloch resort was absolutely perfect - not only was the resort top-notch for ANY family with an endless list of fun and activities to be had, but the FPS facilitators couldn't have possibly been any kinder and more accommodating to our specific needs during the stay. We extend the greatest thanks to this organization for providing us with an opportunity we otherwise would not receive. With such minimal requirements put on the recipients and the overall generosity experienced, I would recommend this organization in a heartbeat to a family in need.
