My daughter received a dx of epilepsy in December and it progressed quickly from absence to tonic. Mostly at night time. So the fear is real, the what ifs. Which causes a parent not to really get adequate rest. I was told about the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation. When I contacted Julie she was so extremely helpful. Through the foundation we were able to obtain the Sami camera monitor. We are still working out the proper settings but now I know I can rest without total fear. I cannot thank the foundation enough.
