While supporting their tasks for operations, I shared an account on a website with a team member. This account had my credit card info. After I stopped assisting with the tasks, I was locked out of my personal account that I shared with the team member, which I understand is a normal part of process for safety reasons for the organization. However, shortly after that, this team member specifically logged into my account and made a few purchases on my credit card, which I never consented to or was notified about. I contacted the company that the charges came from, who did confirmed that the account that I've shared with the team member was used more than once for those purchases, and had to dispute the charges. They have a great mission, but this was a disappointing experience.
