I've been owned by sun conures for almost 30 years until last November when my last of the Mohicans passed away at almost 30! After months we realized we couldn't be sun conure-less and contacted For The Love of Birds. Adopting our bird from For the Love of Birds was one of the most rewarding experiences we've ever had. From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They took the time to understand our home environment, lifestyle, and experience level.

Throughout the process. We never felt alone or overwhelmed—they were always just a call, text or email away to answer our questions, even after the adoption was complete.

The transition for our new feathered family member was smooth, thanks to the guidance and ongoing support from the organization. Our bird is happy, healthy, and has brought so much joy and character into our home.

We’re deeply grateful to For the Love of Birds for the incredible work they do and for helping us give a loving forever home to such a special bird. Highly recommended to anyone considering bird adoption!
