This organization goes above and beyond to make sure everyone in DuPage County receives the healthcare they need and deserve. They don't stop at coordinating care for their patients to make it to the doctor. They facilitate discounted gym memberships, provide amazing and life-saving community outreach, and act as a foundational partner in every health-related coalition and group. I am grateful to partner with DHC on many projects and to know their amazing staff!
