Review for Bug A Bull Dog Education & Rescue Corporation, South Lake Tahoe , CA, USA
The contact person I communicated with did not provide job title so will be referred to as “contact”.
This rescue launched a spay/neuter program completely unorganized. First asked for information via text. Then via text said please send in email form. I did that. I was not told it was incomplete, both times it was ok yay! We have your information. Suddenly the board wanted that information provided on a form they created after announcing program and asking for info via text or email. Instead of texting for prompt response, I was emailed and never notified of the change in procedure of sharing the information from text to an official form.
I saw the form email 2 days later and had never received a text that the procedure changed from text to form. Then the contact remembered to text “you’ll be skipped because your form wasn’t complete”
I provided complete information but due to their disorganization of collecting information I have been skipped for services for my dog.
Extremely disappointed in the humans at this organization. Hope they provide the service to the dogs well at least and have hope they can get it together and be more professional
Hi Drea, Thanks for your feedback—we’re always looking to improve. However, we want to clarify a few details, as your review doesn’t reflect our experience. You were always in contact with Peri, our founder, and even addressed her by name in emails. We sent you our required form twice, but instead of completing it, you responded via email. When you finally submitted it, about half was left blank. We immediately followed up, and you insisted it was filled out. By the time you corrected the form, all spots were taken. Since we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, we couldn’t hold a space. We let you know you were welcome to reapply when spots opened, but instead, you left a one-star review, which affects our ability to help the community and rescue dogs. We respect your right to share your experience, but we also want to ensure accuracy. Let us know if you have any questions.
