PAN approved a reimbursement for the cost of Adempas $1664.18 in March 2024. I have received NOTHING. I call every week to inquire and am told that "new systems" have delayed payment. I think the PAN employees are lying. PAN collects but does NOT help patients with expensive drugs. my claim number is 022524-209-80. Elizabeth H White, PAN patient number 06634313. On the "patient portal" website, my password and email are not recognized. How can I pursue the money that I am due?
