Friends of the Troops sponsored our family for the Holidays. A friend of mine referred us, and we were blown away by the generosity. We would have never asked for help, and I don’t consider us “in need”. However, we had a recent diagnosis for our youngest son a couple months prior to my husband’s retirement. We had unexpected therapy and services bills piling up, and all of that just around the corner from Christmas!
