Review for Safe Homes For Children Incorporated, Whitetop, VA, USA

Our 501(c)3, Pan En La Boca, has worked with Safe Homes for Children for several years. We have completed building projects for them and donated the funds to build the small health clinic on their property in Los Robles, Guatemala. We have also donated funds for other projects they have. We've worked closely with Vicki Dalia and know and have worked with some of her children. The family is dedicated to doing all they can do to help orphans and many other poverty-stricken people in Guatemala.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization along with volunteers from my own organization as we have completed building projects for them, i.e. the new orphanage building, building furniture for the orphanage, building a huge chicken coop on the orphanage property to hold 100 chilckens that had been promised to them.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

not try to spread myself so thin. Vicki sees so many, many needs and wants to help everyone she possibly can.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I worked with Vicki Dalia and her husband in organizing the projects we have completed for them. Through our own organization, I raised funds for Safe Homes for Children.
