Socks for the street is a great charity. Declan a teen from northeast Philadelphia has given so much of his time to help those in need. Not only does he collect socks. He feeds the homeless with his family. Helps with toys for tots. What an amazing young man!! Wish more of our young people would follow in his footsteps. Thank you for all your hard work Declan!!
