TEAL has become a crucial part off my lifeline as I navigate ovarian cancer. Through their online programs I'm able to connect with others. I participate in the weekly meditations on Zoom, something I haven't found anywhere else. My Wednesdays are always better when I start with the TEAL energy meditations! I'm fortunate to have found TEAL and have them offer their services to me even though I don't live in NY. The staff are always supportive--sending me a package at just the right time during treatment, calling me to check in, and more.
