It's easy to believe others can't help you, to avoid facing what's causing you pain, to isolate and think others don't understand, and to do nothing, to blame, to feel undeserving, and to reject help.
All Secure Foundation has helped me break through these excuses and beliefs I was stuck with. Having seen/heard Tom open up about his journey was my first step toward inner peace.
