While I imagine this organization does good things for dogs, I had a bad experience with the adoption process. I may provide details later, but my adoption interviews were very poorly summarized and ultimately identified me as neglectful and denied me adoption. I had provided honest answers that were twisted to sound terrible. What is shameful is that my numerous references were not contacted and their erroneous conclusions/intuition were not verified. It’s sad people are allowed this kind of abuse of power and get in the way of a dog’s best interests, now the dog remains in a kennel. It’s bad enough I lost a 5 year old Brittany to cancer this year, but now this happens. I think there are better organizations.
