Review for Tabby Trappers, Dover, PA, USA
In Fall 2022, my workplace had a feral cat colony that was growing and in desperate need of TNR. I didn’t know where to start. A friend introduced me to Jen at Tabby Trappers. Jen arrived with several box traps and a friendly smile. She set her traps using her specially formulated smelly bait (mix of sardines, mackerel, and Vienna sausage) and the cats were quickly trapped. Jen transported the cats to the SPCA for sterilization and medical attention. Fortunately, my employer reimbursed the SPCA costs. Three of the trapped cats were kittens. Jen is a vet tech. She took away the kittens, cleaned them, cared for them, then returned them to me. I planned to foster the kittens until I could find homes. It didn’t take long for the kitties to grow on me and now I’m their cat daddy. Jen knew I cared about my workplace’s feral cats and provided me with instructions to build an insulated cat house. Now it’s Fall 2024 and I’m using the skills that I learned from Jen to TNR a feral cat colony near my home. Jen transported the cats to/from the SPCA. I am very grateful to Jen for her guidance and assistance. I met a few other Tabby Trappers last year at a fund raiser and they’re all great people. If you’re reading my review, I hope that you will support Tabby Trappers.
