Founder Kayla is MEAN! God forbid you do something to upset her, you're in for a tongue lashing! Despite offering to help their rescue on dozens of separate occasions, they are very secretive about their organization. When called out on this, my personal information was widely distributed online.

Beware.

Tabby Trappers left a note on the door of my Mom's house because they were contacted by a lady a few houses down that was feeding feral cats but she was moving away and was worried about them getting fed so they pretty much followed the kitties path and could see that they were traveling towards my Mom's house. Unfortunately my Mom passed away in November and she would always feed them. I stepped in and have been feeding them since but worried what would happen to them after we sell the house. I got back in touch with Kayla from Tabby Trappers and explained my situation. She brought traps out within a couple days to trap them and then get them fixed and vaccinated. We always thought that other neighbors fed them too but she reached out to our neighbors to be sure and found out that they had been feeding them too and that they would continue to care for them once my Mom's house sells. They captured several kitties and spayed and neutered them and then released them back to where they trapped them. It was such a great relief not to have to worry about more kittens being born and struggling to survive. Tabby Trappers did a wonderful job communicating with me and keeping me up to date on what their next step was. Thank u so much to Kayla and the other Tabby Trappers volunteers. Such a great organization!!

If I could give ten stars I would! Tabby trappers is a god send!! Not only did they trap my entire colony of feral cats but they got each one spayed or neutered. They helped our family so much by giving us resources to pet pantries as well as donated a ton of cat food to help us to feed them. I absolutely love these people and highly recommend them if you need help with your animals.

Sometimes working with the public can be exhausting and the verbal abuse can take a toll on you but Tabby Trappers has your back and you also don't need to worry about the cost of supplies if you don't need to. They will fundraise to help you get what you need, weather it be food, traps, or other supplies you need to be successful. Great org to be apart of.

Tabby Trappers is amazing and they helped me so much. I am disabled and in a wheelchair I also live on a farm so I constantly have new cats and kittens showing up all the time. I got in touch with Kayla & Jen from Tabby Trappers explained my situation and they were more than happy to come and help me with The Cat colonies that had suddenly found my house they came trapped and TNR for me. I had a mama cat who was extremely feral, and I tried for more than a year to trap her all the time she was having more kittens, She was once again pregnant with another litter but Jen brought me a drop trap and We successfully trapped her. I Was so happy this poor baby no longer had to continue to get pregnant over and over again. I cannot express how much I am grateful to tabby trappers for their continued help to me and my ever-growing cat colony. They Spend hours everyday and their own money, Helping the people and the overwhelming amount of cats in our community get TNR’d
I just wish that I could do more for them.

It was nothing short of overwhelming to have a small cat colony living in our backyard with two sets of kittens on the way. Jen and the Tabby Trappers swooped in to help like the cat saviors they are. They set the traps and were diligent in making sure we got all the cats neutered.
It’s a peace of mind knowing that the Tabby Trappers are there looking out for the welfare of feral cats and we are forever grateful for their help!

What an amazing organization!! Not only is the mission great but the folks volunteering are so kind & respectful. I have some health issues that prevent early morning traveling and TT stepped up to help when a colony of cats moved into our area. We were able to start trapping, neutering and getting them back where they felt safe quickly. Definitely recommend working with them if you need the extra hand and also stepping up to volunteer with them so we can get a better handle on this local cat crisis.

I contacted TabbyTrappers on a recommendation from a friend. We had a feral cat have kittens under our shed that soon became a 14 cat colony. Kayla and her team luckily were able to help us before what turned out to be 11 females and 3 males could grow larger. The team was knowledgeable and took great care with cats. We cannot express our gratitude enough. The work they do providing such a vital service to the animals and the community is amazing and they are saving lives.

In Fall 2022, my workplace had a feral cat colony that was growing and in desperate need of TNR. I didn’t know where to start. A friend introduced me to Jen at Tabby Trappers. Jen arrived with several box traps and a friendly smile. She set her traps using her specially formulated smelly bait (mix of sardines, mackerel, and Vienna sausage) and the cats were quickly trapped. Jen transported the cats to the SPCA for sterilization and medical attention. Fortunately, my employer reimbursed the SPCA costs. Three of the trapped cats were kittens. Jen is a vet tech. She took away the kittens, cleaned them, cared for them, then returned them to me. I planned to foster the kittens until I could find homes. It didn’t take long for the kitties to grow on me and now I’m their cat daddy. Jen knew I cared about my workplace’s feral cats and provided me with instructions to build an insulated cat house. Now it’s Fall 2024 and I’m using the skills that I learned from Jen to TNR a feral cat colony near my home. Jen transported the cats to/from the SPCA. I am very grateful to Jen for her guidance and assistance. I met a few other Tabby Trappers last year at a fund raiser and they’re all great people. If you’re reading my review, I hope that you will support Tabby Trappers.

Jen came out to the house, set the traps, and she waited patiently until the cats went into the individual traps and took them that evening. She brought them back and continued until our community was taken care of. We are so grateful to have a controlled community of feral cats and could not have done it in such a timely manner without the knowledge and help of Jen from Tabbey Trappers.

Thank you Kayla and associates at Tabby Trappers!!! We thank you from the bottom of our heart for helping us!! You have an amazing non-profit organization. We had a large colony of cats in our area that was getting out of control. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and caring so much about our little felines!! TNR 26 wow we are so happy and again amazed!! I know a couple are still being treated with antibiotics. I recommend anyone who can afford a donation to Tabby Trappers, please help to keep this nonprofit going in our communities for many years to come. They truly care and love what they do while having full-time jobs and a family at home. Great job!!! Thank you so much! ♥️

I started my TNVR & colony caretaker journey just 3 months ago and by accident. I happened to see a young cat in my neighbors yard looking a little poorly, found out the longtime colony caregiver had passed away, and that was that. I haven’t had a cat as a pet for forty years so I am completely clueless. So I’m diving in. I’ve TNVR’d ten adult cats and have 4 of their kittens in my home to socialize and prepare to be indoor-only loving companions. It is financially overwhelming, time consuming, heartbreaking, but so rewarding. My kittens needed their second & third round of shots as well as microchips before I would consider letting them go. I certainly couldn’t afford a vet bill, nor the more budget doable Tractor Supply or SPCA clinics for ALL of them. It had to happen and I was in a panic. I’d heard of Tabby Trappers since my start in cat caring and an experienced TNR/community cat person I rely on for guidance suggested I reach out to Kayla at TT. I am so glad I did. I messaged her and within an hour I was set. Two days later my kittens were set with round 2, had an appointment for round 3, and she shared so much information that I can use every day in managing my own colony. Totally awesome. This charity is truly doing amazing things for these cats.

We just did a 75 cat colony and though it was hectic and lots of lifting and setting traps, it was so well planned and put together. I would definitely help again.

Tabby Trappers helped me learn and become a very active member of the TNVR community. They've loaned me not just equipment like traps, but also helped with guidance on grant writing, cat health, and best practices for sanitation!

Kayla and Jen are huge assets to our communities. They work tirelessly at attempting to control the ever-growing community cat population. They are a wealth of knowledge for individuals looking for advice. They take time to train others on safe trapping so that they can do it on their own. I’m privileged to know them and work alongside them on trapping and rescue projects.

We were in over our heads with 3 stray mommy's and their babies, we didn't know what to do. We reached out for TNR suggestions. As we love our outside cats. We were put in touch with Tabby Trappers. They were kind. They did not judge us for having 3 litters of kittens. They were knowledgeable, and they honestly love what they do. They humanely trapped all our adults, and babies. Spayed and neutered everyone for an exceptionally reasonable price. They returned our adults to us, and offered to adopt out all 3 litters of babies!!!! They were truly a God send. They are angels that love every cat that goes into their care.

After 8+ long years of reaching out to other organizations to please help me with a colony of precious feral cats (and kittens) at our business without one response, Kayla and Marie together within less than a week answered my prayers. I cannot begin to say enough about these two amazing, very special women (and their supporting spouses). Marie was the first to offer help and followed through with such kindness it leaves me in awe. She assisted in capturing and caring for 11 kittens and will ultimately find them loving homes. Thank you beyond words Marie. Kayla, is a true gift. As a mother of a precious 4 month old gorgeous daughter, she still puts the needs of her clients as a priority and was responsible for getting an uncontrolled feral cat population of 9 adult cats neutered / spayed within 4 days. She's truly is a very, very special person. As I said, words cannot begin to convey my appreciation for all she and Marie have done for me. I am sleeping better for the first time in many, many years totally thanks to them. Thank you, Thank you, Thank YOU. Please spread the word. This is an AMAZNG organization.

I noticed a wounded Tom cat hanging around my house that no one claimed as their own. I remember hearing about the nonprofit organization TabbyTappers. So I got ahold of them and they showed up asap and took over. They showed such compassion for this animal . Poor thing was filthy and flea covered but you could tell they have done this many, many times before. I offered them some money to help with their expenses and humbly accepted. Wish I could have offered more...

This organization works very hard with the community in helping to TNR (trap, neuter, release) feral cats. They will rent (refundable deposit)out traps for those who can trap themselves. They work closely with rescues to help find homes for kittens and friendly cats. They work solely off donations and they work hard. They are a wonderful group of people.

When I started my TNR venture I truly had no idea on what I was doing. I knew I had many ferals showing up in my neighborhood and I had to figure out how to neuter/spay them to prevent kittens from being born and suffering the same fate. I reached out to numerous organizations in search for help by phone calls, texts, emails…but with dead ends. After learning about Tabby Trappers I reached out and they were the answer to my dilemma. From learning how to get a trap, to setting one up and baiting, to trap training…I mean they really helped educate me and were always there when I had questions. With my crazy schedule it was impossible to get to the SPCA at the designated time to drop off. With this being said they allowed me to trap and transport the night before, and held my ferals after surgery to monitor. Their professionalism is outstanding, but their love for helping ferals and supporting the community is what makes them shine. I think I could thank them a million times and it still wouldn’t be enough. I wish there were more non- profits like Tabby Trappers because they truly are the good in this world!

My wife and I started this non profit as a way to help cat lovers in central pa who knew they had cats that needed help, but just didn’t know how. We also love helping the local rescues by reducing the number of cats giving birth under porches and sheds, thus limiting the number of cats they have to find homes for. Every year we help more and more people and we couldn’t be happier with this organization
