I've been a board member for the DRC and have participated in its trainings. There is no question in my mind that the DRC's executive director, staff, and mediators work tirelessly to promote high-quality mediations and conflict resolution training for the benefit of Montgomery County and beyond. The DRC is a well-run organization; actually, it is a superbly run organization. It's leadership cares about people and wants to make sure that all people are in a better place. The organization is a good shepherd of its finances. I'm so blessed to be a part of the DRC in so many different ways, and I think that the vast majority of people who encounter the DRC feel the same. It truly is a "GREAT Nonprofit."
