Crisis Dogs NC is amazing! This all-volunteer rescue group is highly responsive, uber-professional, compassionate, and incredibly well-organized. It's tough work with many, many moving parts (intervening directly with dogs at risk, finding and maintaining foster homes, managing inquiries, screening potential adopters, completing contracts, transferring pups far and wide)... far more complex than I ever could have imagined. I'm grateful for their whole team -- they embody a Great Nonprofit!
