As a periodontist, I had the privilege of volunteering with SAMS Medical to provide dental services at the Al Zaatari camp in Jordan. The experience was both humbling and uplifting. Dr. Rousanna and the entire SAMS team were incredibly helpful, ensuring that everything was well-organized from start to finish. The mission was not only about providing care but also about healing the spirit. It was a much-needed break from the daily routine and a reminder of how fulfilling it is to give back to the community. The entire experience was safe, despite being in such dangerous areas, thanks to the meticulous arrangements and hard work of SAMS. I encourage everyone to try it—there’s no greater reward than helping those in need. SAMS made this experience truly memorable with their outstanding coordination and dedication.
