I did a yoga session with Cortez and he was great! He helped work with my arm that’s healing from surgery to make sure I was careful, but still able to do the stretches. After the session I felt relaxed and the stress that I was carrying was greatly alleviated. I will be scheduling more sessions with him again very soon.
