I worked with persons who had strokes and traumatic brain injuries for 31 years. I had the great honor of referring the persons I worked with to the Kentuckiana Stroke Association for resources and support groups. I was also thankful for their library with various literature on Stroke and related issues. I was able to pick up written materials and distribute them to the patients and families I worked with. Since the inception of the program they have done great work with only 1 paid full-time employee and many wonderful volunteers.
