I have really really enjoyed this non-profit more than anyone could ever imagine. Lyndsey Bryan may have saved my life through this class. I won’t go into everything but before I started this class I was on the road every single day only getting maybe 4 hours of sleep. I finally bought in to the class and decided to give it a shot on what she was teaching. Now I’m sleeping 8 hours a night and everyone from my boss to my family has commented on how much of a difference it’s made. My life is back in order and is no longer a wreck and I couldn be more thankful.
