I had the pleasure and benefit of working with case manager, Mr. Kenny Jacobs, to relieve me of the undue stress associated with being harassed and threatened with legal action for a prescription billing issue… His tireless efforts, professionalism, and due diligence were greatly assistive and beneficial to reducing my stress and in seeking justice. Without his assistance, this issue would have haunted me for an unreasonable length of time and been detrimental to my health. Thank you Mr. Jacobs and PAF for the critical work you do in our community and for the people.
