I needed some assistance with a very difficult situation I am dealing with and I was recommend 5th squad as a means to help alleviate some of the problems that I had been facing.

They were able to help me out for a week and the help was almost immediate. We had to communicate over emails and it was a little tricky at first but everything wound up working out perfectly. And it allowed me to freshen up on email etiquette. Everyone was so understanding and helpful! I think what 5th squad is doing to better assist is commendable and definitely appreciated. There aren’t many entities that are willing to provide that immediate help to veterans. Thank you all for everything that you did for me and that you’ve done for other veterans!


However, it brought to my attention a very serious problem among veterans. There isn’t a lot of help that is available to assist them in times of need or to help in a crisis! And If there is help, there is a limit on the help they can receive. Sometimes when people are in tough situations, they may need assistance for longevity and not just a temporary fix. Not saying the assistance isn’t needed or appreciated. But something that would allow long term help if need be, to those that need it would be helpful for our veterans as well! I would love to volunteer or help out in any way that I can. I believe 5th squad has the opportunity to touch a lot more veterans with their mission, and possibly be even bigger than they already are!
