Friends of WPC Nepal is an incredible program that has touched so many hearts, including mine. The work that they are doing is life changing for so many women and young girls, and is an inspiration for all who know of the program. All of the staff here have such a heart for service, as well as caring for the girls as much as they can.
The safehome in Nepal does an incredible job in equipping the girls with the resources that they need to succeed in their future. They are given so many skils such effective studying, interpersonal skills, and empathy just to name a few. All of the girls are so cheerful and energetic, and this wouldn't be possible without the safe environment that Friends of WPC provides.
When hosted by the safehome, it felt like such a peaceful and refreshing environment. The house parents are so understanding and caring for the volunteers, and it really makes you feel at home. The interactions I have had with all of the staff has brought me so much happiness, and I am so glad that these are the people that are taking care of the girls.
The girls that are staying at the safehome are very outgoing and playful, and love to meet new people. They are always striving for knowledge, and look forward to meeting new people are learning about them. For anyone who is interesting in joining or supporting this program, I would highly recommend that they do so.
The work that Friends of WPC Nepal is doing is essential to the growth and development in our world, and I am so glad that I got the opportunity to help and interact with this wonderful non-profit.
