An amazing team of clinicians and volunteers trying to shift spaying and neutering norms in Romania by spaying and neutering dogs and cats at their veterinary hospital and with their mobile clinic, building connections to local
lawmakers and other stakeholders, and supporting the extraordinarily kind-hearted local people who shelter and feed strays.
I am impressed with their communication efforts sharing every aspect of the work, including the most heartbreaking!!
