I have been a volunteer nature guide for two years with WildCare. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy greeting school children at Muir Woods National Park, and leading them through the giant redwoods for a few hours on Wednesday mornings.

Our guides are the most incredible people on earth. They share their knowledge, laughter, insight and friendship without restraint. The school children always give back so much, kids truly do say the funniest things!

WildCare integrates our nature hikes, at three locations in Marin, with our overall mission to save wild animals that have been injured, abandoned, or simply in need of our help, every day of the year.
