I adopted a wonderful pup from OPH 9 years ago. Scout has been a great addition to our household.
OPH works hard to assist dogs and cats who are looking for loving homes and adopters who are looking for pets. They range far and wide to identify needy animals.

The process is simple, though they do vet the adopters.
