The TFI is incredibly awesome. I have been a member for about 2 years and I have really grown stronger as a person and as a professional educator. My students have made tremendous academic growth. I’ve closed achievement gaps among many subgroups and have positively impacted students with challenging behaviors. This has all been made possible as a result of me being a part of TFI.
Our director Barbara Caldwell does a phenomenal job securing top notch research based guests to share with us the latest and the greatest strategies to help our classrooms. The collaboration with the various grade levels that represent the group is electric.
I love this organization. I love how Barbara Caldwell makes what I do seem valuable. She dotes on the educators and makes us feel appreciated by offering various ongoing activities throughout the year. Such things include brunches at five star restaurants, book clubs, professional development opportunities, and entertainment and sporting events.

I love it! I’m a better educator because of the opportunities I get to sit at the feet of renowned authors. Barbara Caldwell is truly a gem! We appreciate the work she diligently does to ensure that my fellow colleagues and I at TFI feel valued, loved, and appreciated for the hard work we do as professional educators. Our classroom impact is a direct result of being connected to such an amazing organization as TFI. I’m proud to be an alumni.
