Palomacy is an amazing organization! We recently found a badly injured pigeon. We took her to a local wild bird rescue, but they were unable to accept her. We had no idea how we were going to help her so looked online for advice. Thankfully we found Palomacy and called them. Within less than 15 minutes they were connecting us with a knowledgeable volunteer. She graciously agreed to meet us and we drove this sweet little bird to her. The minute she picked up the bird it was clear that she had a handle on the situation and knew exactly what to do. She drove over an hour to get the bird (now named Bernie) urgent medical care and is now nursing her back to health. The people at Palomacy are kind compassionate people who generously share their expertise. Bernie wouldn't have made it without their stepping into action. Palomacy (pigeonrescue.org) is now an organization to support for us and I hope others will join us with donations large and small. It's wonderful to know that people like this exist.
