Animal Place is a very special place (a safe haven) for farm animals that have been neglected or abused. I donated a 2-gallon pump pressure sprayer to Animal Place through Amazon. It is being used to spray cool water on the pigs. It helps to keep the pigs body temperature cooler. The heat can be brutal in the summer in California where Animal Place resides. My thoughtful gesture prompted a hand written thank you note from Animal Place. I was happy to know that my gift was helping farm animals, unfortunately, these special animals are the ones forgotten by so many people. I love receiving Animal Place emails which update donors on the lives of the farm animals in their loving, compassionate care.
