I adopted a kitty from a volunteer at Spaypanama. She was neutered in their facilites. All went fine until the kitty literally ate a red ribbon which she played with. I came home one evening and noticed something red from her butt. I tried pulling it but stopped. I wstched her and noticed she had not gone #2, I got worried. I took her to Spaypanama since I've previous experience with them. They were all good. Their skilled vets took Puka, my cat, in their hands, did everything necessary so that she would pass the ribbon, but to know avail. They did x-ray and located the ribbon in her intestine. There was no other way but to perform surgery to remove the ribbon. The vet's skills and experience saved my kitty. She fully recuperaped!! HURRAY for Spaypanama. Excellent assistance and support.
