Crossroads is an amazing organization and one I am proud to be associated with. One of the biggest roadblocks to getting out of poverty is a lack of identification, and they work hard to help people secure it. This leads their clients to be able to get assistance, jobs, a home - you cannot put a price on that. The Sunday soup kitchen and summer lunch program are essential to feeding Detroiters and students who do not have access to nutritious meals otherwise.
