I came to panama on my own as a 17 year old from Ireland to learn Spanish and came across this wonderful organisation where I was given the opportunity to help and care for animals in need. I volunteered for about a month and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I met so many amazing people that are now good friends of mine, learnt lots of Spanish and gained a keen interest in working with animals in the future. So grateful to have had this experience.
