Yes - the animals are adorable and there are lots of great things that have been done for community members, but very poorly hidden beneath all of that ruse is the truth of the poor living conditions of all the "sanctuary" and rescue animals on the property. ALL of the animals are living in conditions that are far from boast-worthy - extremely cramped, overcrowded, and unsafe. Within my short time working there, several animals managed to escape - cats, pigs, cows, etc due to the poor fencing and their unhappiness in their environment that is provided. The founder is a horrible leader and does everything under the facade of looking good for donors, but once those donations are acquired they vanish and don't even seem to get used on the animals. Overall this is an extremely sad organization and the animals deserve so much better.
