I was looking for a spiritual community and began studying and taking classes with iamHeart in 2013. Since that time I’ve taken nearly every course they’ve offered. They’ve made a huge difference in how I view and respond to life’s challenges. The iamHeart teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the practices they teach are relevant to everyday life. I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing community!
