This Nonprofit has been transformative and life changing in many ways. The safety and kindness of the community has been very healing as I dove into the practice of Heart Rhythm Meditation and Heart based energy healing. The teachers of the school are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and generous. I love that I can actually see and feel the positive qualities of an open heart embodied by so many of the members of Iamheart.

I meditated for 40 years with a technique that focused on the 3rd Eye and Crown chakras. I loved it, and it really worked for me. But there was still something missing. I was missing my heart.
