My son has had severe, life threatening epilepsy for over 17 years. Recently he had to have his VNS removed due to infection. His seizures are not well controlled, and my husband and I feel anxious when he's sleeping in the other room that he might have a seizure requiring medication and we will not know. The Chelsea foundation helped us get a bedroom seizure monitor. What a gift peace of mind is! It was such a simple, thoughtful process to get the monitor. We are truly grateful.
