I am a registered nurse and just spoke with Dana Walker. She helped me and provided several resources for three of my patients that need assistance with both their diagnosis related problems and medications ordered to treat their symptoms that they cannot afford. Dana was very professional and helpful. Sympathetic to my patients needs. During our call she never make me feel rushed and she answered every question that I asked. She has wonderful customer service skills. I am grateful that she is the person that answered the phone when I called for help. I wish more people were like her. Suzanne Keller, RN BSN
