Review for United Spay Alliance, Walkersville, MD, USA
United Spay Alliance (USA) is a phenomenal and high impact organization that targets the root causes of pet overpopulation. I attended USA's fall conference in 2023 and learned about their valuable resources, expertise, and innovative, strategic programs. Since then, my organization and others collaborated with USA to conduct a HQHVSN surgical training (wet lab) in feline spays for our local veterinarians as part of USA's national pilot program. The USA administrator for the training labs, Brianna Lovell Myers, did a fabulous job of leading us through the planning, marketing, and registration. The veterinarians who received the training gave the training the highest possible marks. Because the training was such a success, we are now planning a HQHVSN wet lab for canine spays with USA in 2025. I can't thank this organization enough for all the guidance they've provided to help us change the dire statistics of pet overpopulation in Georgia!
Review for Horse Rescue Relief and Retirement Fund Inc (SaveTheHorses.Org), Cumming, GA, USA
Our family adopted a horse from Save the Horses. We also have volunteered and donated in the past. Cheryl and staff have the utmost compassion for all of the animals in their care. I'm involved in animal welfare advocacy and Cheryl Flanagan is one of the most selfless advocates I have ever met. I'm pleased to recommend their organization.
