Great, great adoption experience with OPH. I appreciate the vetting process and questions they asked me for fit. They know their foster pups really well. My pup has behaved exactly as disclosed after discussing predilections for barking and energy level with the volunteer coordinator and foster (I did not get full disclosure with another rescue/foster).
