It is well-designed to equip SOF veterans with the essential hard and soft skills needed to successfully segue into their next career. Additionally, having a lifetime network of peers and mentors who understand your story and can walk you through the process is invaluable. I gained a lot from my time there, and could not recommend it enough to the people coming behind me.
