I would love to give a big praise to healing through rhythm, so many days I felt like giving up and when Wednesday come I’m ready to release dopamine and endorphins through dancing. I love the safe space for sisterhood it brings all different cultures being AfroLatina it feels great to have many different faces you can vibe with. I love the classes. It’s not just dancing it’s a movement a form of self care, so grateful to be apart of gracias Renee for all you do
