I'm a nonprofit professional with over 20 years of experience working all over Africa, and AIA is by far one of the best organizations I've ever had the privilege of working for. This is true community work, led by our passionate and dedicated team in Nakuwadde. I'm continually grateful and impressed with their desire and commitment to do things the right way - whether for our participants or our internal operations.
Additionally, our team's dedication to lifting up the women, men and youth in our community is incredibly inspiring, and I'm so lucky to see examples of the impact that AIA makes every day.
Overall, AIA is an organization worth of supporting!
