Review for Endeavors®, San Antonio, TX, USA

Rating: 1 stars

Endeavors was sent to me by FEMA. after I lost everything after a hurricane. All I can say is I wish I never accepted their help. I was promised in writing cleanup help. It never came. I ended up having to do it myself. Thanks to them I now have to have surgery for injuries caused by Mr having to cleanup myself. I will be unable to work for at least 6 weeks after. Who is going to cover lost income?
My advice is stay away from them. Lots of broken promises. They are extremely unorganized, all the way to the corporate office.

I am a client unserved.

I was contacted almost 3 months ago by a so called case manager. I then received 11 more calls and they all said that they were my case manager. Finally I got a real one. Then after a few weeks she left and I had another one. Do you train your employees? Every case manager (now on my 4th) doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Very disorganized! Making promises of what's going to happen before they've finished the intake process. So far all they've done is waste my time. It seems that some need to work on reading comprehension. Being asked more than once for things I already sent, misreading my file from FEMA and accusing me of being dishonest. Because of the incompetence I may loose my home. Are they going to help me find another place to live? Of course not, that's not their job. I am so done with Endeavors!!!

I have now asked them to stop! I don't want their help but they keep sending text and emails. Luckily we had a 3 day weekend so no text or emails. Now this morning it's starting again! Why don't they honor my wishes to just leave me alone??? I feel this is becoming harassment!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Have wvery trained with organization, reading comprehension and how to treat someone recovering from a disaster.
