Tomten Farm is an incredible sanctuary. Not only do they provide an amazing forever life for animals who have limited options, they also take the time to keep the community updated on various social media sites and it's very clear how the donations are being utilized. It is a great feeling to see animals who may have been unfit, sad, and lonely begin to trust and thrive. They also provide a gift to owners who can no longer support their pets by making sure these sweet friends are taken care of. It is a credit to Tomten that they have established so many strong bonds within the vet community, other nonprofits and local farmers. The board does not pull punches; we hear it all, the great things that are happening and the heartbreak when it's time to let one of the residents go. The honesty and sincerity in their messages reaches across and grabs the heart. I can only recommend Tomten for people who want to support animals, both big and small, old and young. It is a beautiful place.
